# $OLA Distribution and Vesting Plan

1. **Eco & Strategic Reserve: 40.848%**&#x20;

40.848% of $OLA for project development, incentives, collaborations, and community mining, with 1.55% unlocked at TGE, followed by a 36-month linear vesting.

2. **Early Community (OVP Holders & Early Massive Verifiers): 6.392%**

⇨ **OVP Holders**

A fixed supply of 1 million OVP to reward community promotion and technical contributions. As of the October 29th 00:00 UTC snapshot, 77,218 OVP holders collectively hold 411,631 OVP. OVP will be airdropped at a 1 OVP = 20 $OLA ratio on TGE day.

⇨ **Early Massive Verifiers (Massive S1, S2, S3)**

Ola’s mobile ZKP verification network Massive conducted three mining seasons in its initial phase.

* Early Massive S1 Verifiers: 1% of the total supply is airdropped upon TGE.
* Early Massive S2 Verifiers: 2% will be airdropped 40 days post-TGE.
* Early Massive S3 Verifiers: 3% will be airdropped 89 days post-TGE.

3. #### Ola ZK Unit Mining: 20%

20% to support Ola's network stability and ZK verification, with further details to be announced.

4. #### Team & Advisors: 22%

22% of the total supply, with a 12-month lock followed by a 36-month linear vesting.

5. #### Investors: 7.46%

7.46% of the supply, vested over 24 months after a 12-month lock.

6. **Liquidity**: 3.3%, fully unlocked at TGE.
